Description:
Zajęcia mają za zadanie pogłębić wiedzę studenta na temat kultury współczesnej Ameryki Łacińskiej. Wybrane zagadnienia koncentrują się wokół takich obszarów tematycznych jak problemy wielokulturowości i komunikacji międzykulturowej, synkretyzm kulturowy i religijny, latynoamerykańskie ideologie płci, napięcia pomiędzy lokalnością a globalnością czy studia postkolonialne. W ramach przedmiotu omówione są również wybrane zjawiska współczesnej sztuki i architektury, ujęte w szerszy kontekst kulturowy. Uwzględnione zostają także elementy kultury popularnej – związane z muzyką, kuchnią czy futbolem – oraz ich rola w społeczeństwach Ameryki Łacińskiej.
