Description:
Celem zajęć prowadzonych w ramach modułu Podstawy przekładu jest wprowadzenie do teorii i praktyki przekładu, zapoznanie studentów z najważniejszymi, podstawowymi pojęciami w przekładoznawstwie (czym jest przekładoznawstwo, definicje, cele i metody przekładoznawstwa, najważniejsze narzędzia w metodologii badań nad przekładem, etapy procesu przekładu, techniki i strategie przekładu, nieprzekładalność, błędy w przekładzie, ekwiwalencja, elementy kulturowe w przekładzie itd.). Przedmiot pomyślany jest jako niezbędne wprowadzenie teoretyczne, które będzie stanowiło podstawę do zajęć praktycznych z tłumaczenia na kolejnych dwóch latach studiów.
