Description:
The course of the module methodology of probation officer's and penitentiary work familiarizes students with theoretical and practical knowledge concerning the implementation of legal sanctions in Poland in the form of probation and imprisonment, especially the methods and techniques used in the work of court probation officer and those used in the penitentiary system. The module shapes the skills concerning circulation of documents, principles of individual influences, cooperation with stakeholders and the supervised and their environment.
