Description: | The module familiarizes the student with the basic principles of arranging and managing of green areas in accordance with principles of sustainable development.The student learns how to properly combine different plant species in accordance with their biology and ecological requirements. In addition, the student has the opportunity to learn about the most popular cultivars used for arranging green spaces in urban areas and learn about the types of garden compositions. Knowledge of natural plant protection products and fertilizers obtained in while implementing the module, it finds practical application in designing and maintaining of green areas. Student has opportunity to implement independently the principles of sustainable development by preparing its own development by preparing its own project of green area design taking into account its future maintenance. |
