Description:
During the classes, students learn the secrets and basics of copyright issues in the field of: proprietary property law, proprietary personal law, dependent rights, and related rights. The student learns selected issues from the basics of personal and property rights, learns how to take care of their rights and how to use the rights of others. In order to be able to make full use of the song / image chosen by the student, name, etc., the student must have a basic knowledge of what rights are important, what is the matter with heirs, whether it is worth using existing materials, etc. Knowledge that the student will acquire allows to skilfully navigate in the sphere of new media and allows them to protect themselves from the use of copyright by other authors.
Prerequisites:
Student has to know basics of law. He should be able to look for information and assess sources.
