Description:
A music video (video clip) is a form of film art in combination with a music piece. The aim of the course is to get to know the history of music videos, which did not start in 1981 with the inauguration of the first MTV music TV, only much earlier, as well as the acquisition of implementation competencies for this form of film art. The aim is also to learn the implementation techniques and to identify trends, to gain the ability to use techniques that facilitate the creation process through the ideas of design graphics, such as: template, cut-out, palimpset, caligram, collage, photo montage, deformation, typography. Digital image conversion at the basic level. Therefore, the aim is to acquaint students with the methods of working on a project using analytical and lateral thinking. It is important to build a visual message in snapshots designed to resemble the form of a music video. Classes will be carried out in project groups. As part of the module, exercises will be prepared to design a book illustration, a poster, a logotype, and a visual identity.
Prerequisites:
Student has to have manual abilities in the field of fine art and graphics. He has to be creative and sensitive.

Continuous evaluation will consist of project documentation, attendance, work review and project implementation. Individual preparation for each class, systematization of the material presented during classes, preparation of projects - also group ones.
