Has a detailed and in-depth knowledge of legal constructions, institutions and principles in a selected area of the law or discipline of science closely linked with international business transactions. [ML_1]

Knows the relations between the scope of regulation of a selected narrow area of the law and the branch of the law the area belongs to or between the scope of regulation of an area at the interface between different branched of the law and the entire legal system. [ML_2]

Can assess a specific event in the light of provisions discussed during the lecture. [ML_3]

Ca find the right legal regulation, interpret it and formulate conclusions as to the admissible or required course of action. [ML_4]

Written or oral exam designed to assess students' knowledge, skills and competences. Provision of correct answers requires knowledge of selected legal regulations or theories and views connected with a specific issue, as well as the ability to apply theoretical solutions to specific legal or social problems related to broadly understood business transactions.

Traditional or interactive lecture with the use of multimedia. Depending on the specific course, the lecturer may initiate a discussion on an issue under analysis and encourage students to take a specific position.

Active class participation, collecting information indicated by the lecturer in the form of case-law and literature, and analysis and self-study thereof.
