Description:
The course is intended to deepen the students' knowledge in the field of contract law and methods of its construction. It encompasses an analysis of case studies and case law focusing on the problematic aspects of the content of the contract. Students learn how to appropriately use their knowledge and skills in practice.

The course is carried with the use of interactive methods, by analysing case studies and case law. During the classes students discuss problematic issues and undertake the task to solve certain legal problems and draft contracts individually or in a group.

The student is able to individually structure a draft of a contract by proposing adequate legal solutions.
