Description:
The main objective of this course is to give the student an understanding of key matters relating to intellectual property. The student will learn issues relating to copyright law and industrial property law (including inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trade marks). The student will also be introduced to modern and current legal principles of intellectual property laws.
