Description:
The Basics of management module shall enable students learning basic terms related to management, including the quality management and running a business. Students will gain the knowledge about preparation of the organisation mission and objectives, carrying out negotiations, preparing and implementing strategies of organisation development, recognising management functions in individual processes.
Prerequisites:
The knowledge within the secondary school scope is required: mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology .
