Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module presents the public library as a cultural institution that supports the cultural and social development of children and young people. It focuses on the methods used by librarians when working with young users in the context of cultural animation and informal education. Students learn the principles of organising work in children's libraries, the methodology of animation activities and good practices for cooperation with the community. The aim of the module is to develop practical skills in planning and implementing culture-creating activities in the library.
