Purpose and description of the content of education: | Celem modułu jest zapoznanie studentów z podstawowymi pojęciami, koncepcjami i narzędziami związanymi z jakością usług w bibliotekach. Studenci poznają sposoby diagnozowania i oceny jakości usług w otoczeniu wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym biblioteki, poznają znaczenie jakości i wizerunku biblioteki. |
