Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the basic concepts and mechanisms of intellectual property protection. Students will learn about the structure of copyright law, industrial property law and instruments for protecting the rights of creators and users. Particular emphasis will be placed on the application of these provisions in practice - especially in the context of the activities of cultural, educational and scientific institutions (libraries, archives, museums, publishing houses, digital repositories). The module also aims to shape the legal awareness of students in the field of using other people's works and protecting their own works.
