Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module focuses on developing the communicative and methodological competences necessary to work with users with special information and cultural needs, with a particular focus on people with disabilities, the digitally excluded, migrants and other culturally and linguistically sensitive groups. Students learn about the design and implementation of accessible, inclusive forms of communication and information services, using digital tools and knowledge of communication barriers. They analyse models of information access adapted to the diverse needs of users. The module develops the ability to consciously design services in line with the principle of equal access to information and culture. |
