Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module presents working with the reader as a cultural and educational process based on contemporary forms of cultural participation. It covers issues of reading promotion, cultural animation and the organisation of audience engagement activities in libraries as cultural institutions. Particular emphasis is placed on methods that support the development of reading, cultural and social competences when working with diverse user groups. Students learn practical animation and educational tools to design activities adapted to the local context, social changes and communication challenges of today. The reader is treated as an active participant in cultural life and a partner in creating the institution's offer.
