Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu studenci poznają podstawową terminologię z zakresu etyki, deontologii i etosu pracy w środowisku biblioteczno-informacyjnym. Powinni mieć świadomość istnienia i stosowania kodeksów etyki zawodowej pracowników bibliotek i informacji w sytuacji chaosu aksjologicznego. Integralną częścią modułu jest refleksja nad różnorodnością kulturową i jej wpływem na funkcjonowanie bibliotek i instytucji informacyjnych. Studenci poznają zagadnienia związane z wrażliwością kulturową, a także uczą się identyfikować sytuacje wymagające empatycznej i świadomej reakcji zawodowej.
