Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł wprowadza studentów w zagadnienia teoretyczne i praktyczne związane z bibliografią jako działem nauki i metodą badawczą. Bibliografia ukazana jest nie tylko jako narzędzie organizacji informacji, ale też jako element systemu komunikacji naukowej i społecznej, służący transmisji, selekcji i archiwizacji danych o dokumentach. Omawiane są podstawy teoretyczne dyscypliny – jej zakres, funkcje, typologie, metodologia – oraz rola w kształtowaniu infrastruktury wiedzy we współczesnych społeczeństwach medialnych. Studenci nabywają umiejętność tworzenia poprawnych pozycji bibliograficznych dla różnych typów rejestrów, redagowania elementów uzupełniających zrąb główny (np. wykazów skrótów, wstępów i indeksów). Poznają ponadto rodzaje układów bibliograficznych oraz ich zastosowanie w procesach komunikacyjnych.
