Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is for students to gain knowledge, skills and competences in understanding and applying the norms of financial law. The course familiarises students with the basic issues of Polish and European financial law, and in particular with the basic concepts and institutions used in public finance law, tax law, banking law, and they learn about the sources of financial law, the conditions for implementing obligations towards the Treasury and local government units. |
