Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module covers issues related to the functioning of public-private partnerships in Poland and worldwide. As part of the classes, students will learn about functioning of projects implemented in the formula of public-private partnership and legal conditions for the implementation of projects in partnership public-private. The basic steps of establishing cooperation between a public and a private entity in the procurement law procedure are discussed public and in the procedure regulated in the Act on the Concession Agreement for Works or Services. Students will learn about project financing models implemented in PPPs and the benefits of public-private partnerships for the public and private sectors. The subject of the classes will be issues related to the specificity and nature of the public-private partnership agreement, as well as the so-called hybrid projects co-financed from EU funds. |
