Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module is designed to present cooperative law as well as foundation law and their place within the system of binding law. The aim of the module is to discuss issues related to the functioning, establishment, and dissolution of cooperatives, foundations, and associations.
During the course, topics will be addressed concerning the sources of cooperative law, association law, and foundation law, as well as the position of these branches of law within the overall legal system. |
