Purpose and description of the content of education:
The goal of the module is to familiarise students with the legal conditions of the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Fair Transition Fund, the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. In view of the reform of the European Union's cohesion policy in the 2021-2027 programming period, it has become necessary to be familiar with the implementation of EU funds, the procedure for obtaining funds from these funds and the control of their use. The student's main attention is focused on the legal aspects of the issues indicated. The course also discusses the European Union's cohesion policy and the conditions for the implementation of EU funds. The course will also include a review of national and regional operational programmes.
