Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to provide the student with knowledge about the specific nature of criminal law as a branch of repressive law (both in its normative dimension and in terms of its social significance). This requires presenting the fundamental regulations of criminal law, including examples of its application in practice. As a result of this process, the student acquires the ability to subsume factual situations under relevant legal norms and to independently evaluate specific institutions of criminal law. |
