Purpose and description of the content of education: | Moduł wprowadzający w ramach ścieżki specjalnościowej „Psychologia biznesu i kariery” koncentruje się wokół psychologicznych aspektów funkcjonowania człowieka w organizacji. Podejmowana tematyka uwzględnia ewolucję sposobu myślenia o organizacji w psychologii naukowej oraz charakter przemian na współczesnym rynku pracy, skutkujący zmianami w odniesieniu do relacji człowiek – organizacja. W efekcie studenci zdobywają wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje potrzebne do samodzielnej analizy oraz diagnozowania podstawowych zjawisk w obszarze psychologii organizacji. |
