Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł łączy w sobie dwa obszary problemów realizowanych w ramach ścieżki specjalnościowej „Psychologia biznesu i kariery”. Psychologia personelu umożliwia zdobycie podstawowej wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji niezbędnych do pozyskania i utrzymania pracowników w organizacji (dobór i rekrutacja, szkolenie, rozwój, motywowanie). Obszar odnoszący się do patologii pracy pozwala natomiast na zdobycie wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji w zakresie działań związanych z diagnozą szkodliwych zjawisk organizacyjnych oraz interwencją w sytuacji ich wystąpienia na poziomie indywidualnym i organizacyjnym.
