Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest przygotowanie studentów do zdobycia zasadniczych umiejętności i kompetencji doradcy zawodu. Opierają się one na wiedzy dotyczącej współczesnego rynku pracy i jego przemian – w konsekwencji wiedzy na temat oczekiwań obecnych organizacji wobec pracownika. W efekcie student potrafi udzielić podstawowej pomocy w formie grupowych i indywidualnych porad zawodowych w wyborze zawodu i kierunku kształcenia oraz szkolenia uwzględniając możliwości psychiczne i życiowe klientów, a także potrzeby rynku pracy oraz możliwości systemu edukacyjnego, zna zasady współpracy z różnorodnymi podmiotami w procesie orientacji zawodowej klienta, zna i potrafi stosować adekwatne narzędzia psychologiczne.
