Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem zajęć jest przybliżenie studentom wiedzy na temat społecznie efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów ludzkich w produkcji filmowej i telewizyjnej, podstawowych zasad organizacji pracy stanowisk roboczych, wartościowania pracy, systemu płac i rodzajów kosztów pracy. Niniejszy moduł ma na uwadze przygotowanie studenta do efektywnego wypełniania funkcji w wieloosobowych zespołach pracowniczych, a także wyposażenie w wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne do ekonomicznie i społecznie racjonalnego planowania zatrudnienia i kierowania pracą tych zespołów
