Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zadaniem przedmiotu jest nabycie przez studentów wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych w zakresie rozumienia roli norm prawa autorskiego we współczesnym społeczeństwie. Student, który zalicza przedmiot potrafi zlokalizować, zinterpretować i zastosować normy prawne regulujące stosunki społeczne powstające w związku z działalnością twórczą. Zajęcia z przedmiotu są oparte na następującym schemacie. Student uzyskuje podstawowe informacje ogólne dotyczące różnych instytucji z zakresu prawa autorskiego a następnie informacje dotyczące możliwego zastosowanie tych instytucji w obszarze produkcji audiowizualnej. W ramach przedmiotu student zapoznawany jest z informacjami z zakresu polskiego prawa autorskiego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem regulacji dotyczących utworu audiowizualnego, a w szczególności: - przedmiotu prawa autorskiego, - podmiotów prawa autorskiego, - treści prawa autorskiego.
