Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zadaniem przedmiotu jest zaznajomienie studentów z podstawowymi zasadami, na których oparty jest system prawny w Polsce oraz z podstawowymi regulacjami z zakresu prawa cywilnego i administracyjnego. Student zaliczający przedmiot nabywa wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje społeczne w tym zakresie. Oznacza to, że zna podstawowe zagadnienia teorii prawa (zwłaszcza dotyczące wykładni norm prawnych), podstawowe normy prawa administracyjnego i cywilnego. Umie dokonać wykładni poznanych norm prawnych oraz ma świadomość ustawicznych zmian w systemie prawa i konieczność poznawania nowych regulacji.
