Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zakres tematyczny modułu Społeczeństwo informacyjne (Przedmiot do wyboru) obejmuje bardzo szerokie pole zagadnień dotyczących mediów oraz wykształconego w rezultacie społeczeństwa informacyjnego, czy społeczeństwa sieci. Moduł podejmuje dyskusję na temat wpływu technologii na etapy rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego oraz rewolucji informatycznej. Podczas realizacji modułu przedstawione i poddana analizie zostaną przewidywane zagrożenia oraz korzyści płynące ze współczesnego sposobu zarządzania informacją i wiedzą. Celem modułu jest zapoznanie studenta z teoriami oddziaływania technologii oraz pojęciem społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Student dowiaduje się jak analizować zjawiska elektronicznej agory i wpływu globalizacji nie tylko na media, ale również na życie codziennego każdego z nas.
