Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the teaching internship in an elementary school is to gain experience in the teaching and educational work of a teacher at the second educational stage (grades VII-VIII), as well as to practically apply knowledge of biology, general didactics and biology didactics in educational activities. During the internship, students develop their teaching competence by: -further learning the specifics of the operation of the schools where they practice, including the didactic tasks carried out by the school, the way the work is organized and the documentation kept, -observing the activity of students and the activities of the teacher during his lessons, -Active participation in the planning and implementation of lessons, -fulfilling the role of a teacher, including planning a demonstration lesson in biology, formulating objectives, selecting methods and didactic means, organizing and conducting lessons on the basis of independently prepared scenarios, and discussing accumulated experiences in a group of students.
