Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarise students with the organisational and substantive basics of legal work in various forms (places of employment). On the other hand, the aim of the internship is to make the theoretical knowledge that students acquire in the course of individual modules more realistic. This module is therefore designed to enable students to gain practical knowledge of selected types of legal relationships characteristic of the place where the internship is carried out, and to understand the principles that govern them. During the course, students learn about the specifics of the functioning of the Polish legal system in practice, learning how to solve real legal problems independently.
The module also aims to familiarise students with the standards of legal work, the social and communication requirements of individual professions, as well as their professional ethics. After completing the module, students will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge of the Polish legal system in practice to solve specific problems independently by drafting basic documents, pleadings, and written analyses and interpretations. In addition, they will have the ability to communicate effectively in the workplace and work in a team. |
