Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the legal foundations of the functioning of the capital market in Poland and the European Union, with particular emphasis on the role of supervisory institutions, financial instruments, and the rules of stock exchange trading. The course includes an analysis of national and EU regulations, the practical functioning of the capital market, and investor protection mechanisms.
