Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the legal aspects of real estate trading and management. The lecture will include basic definitions such as: real estate and types of real estate, plot of land, real estate circulation, real estate management. In the course of the lecture, both civil-legal and administrative-legal forms of real-estate trading will be discussed, as well as the issue of real-estate management with particular focus on common property management.
The basic professions operating in the property market will also be discussed: real estate agent, manager and property valuation expert. |
