Purpose and description of the content of education:
The Legal Clinic is a workshop-based module comprising various classes aimed at deepening and consolidating knowledge in a selected area of law, and above all, at acquiring practical skills in applying specific legal regulations. The essence of the module lies in the active participation of students in solving legal problems based on real or hypothetical factual scenarios, under the academic supervision of the course instructor. Depending on the main theme of the workshops, students participate in study visits to selected public institutions, as well as in simulations of trials, hearings, mediations, or negotiations. Individually or in teams, they carry out project tasks such as preparing solutions to legal issues, drafting legal advice, creating simulation scripts, or developing plans for research projects or academic articles.
