Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to present the basic issues and institutions in the field of civil procedure, including the procedural mode, general issues of non-contentious proceedings and the foundations of enforcement proceedings. The program content includes in particular the analysis of:
Concepts of civil procedure and civil case
Sources of civil procedure
Admissibility of legal action
Primary principles of civil procedure
Procedural premises
Subjects of civil procedure
Subject of civil procedure
Proceedings before the court of first instance
Evidence and evidentiary proceedings
Court rulings
Means of appeal
Extraordinary means of appeal
Enforcement and enforcement titles
