Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is designed to discuss commercial law and its place within the system of applicable law. The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the basic principles of conducting economic activity and the legal forms in which it can be carried out. It is assumed that the student will become acquainted with the specifics of entities operating in commercial transactions and the rules for exercising rights by participants in the market. Another objective is to introduce students to typical contracts used in professional business transactions.
