Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to acquaint the student with the fundamental principles and institutions of labor law and social security law. The student should learn the rules for establishing and terminating employment relationships and be able to identify the basic duties of employees and employers, particularly those related to working time, remuneration, and employee liability. During the course, students will also become familiar with the basic institutions of collective labor law and key structures within the social security system. Students will develop the ability to interpret labor law provisions and apply them in practice. The course is tailored to the needs of law students.
