Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarise the student with the institutions and principles of property law. The student is to obtain the knowledge necessary to distinguish property rights and to learn the methods of their creation and expiration, as well as their turnover. In addition to theoretical knowledge in the field of property law, the student is also to obtain basic information on its use in court practice and in solving basic life problems. In particular, the following issues are discussed in the field of property law: property law in the objective and subjective approach, objects of property rights, the concept and content of property rights, neighbour law, acquisition and loss of ownership, co-ownership, protection of property, ownership of premises, perpetual usufruct, limited property rights - the concept, catalogue, methods of creation and expiration, use, easements - land, personal, transmission, cooperative rights to premises, pledge - ordinary, registered, treasury and financial, mortgage and its types, transfer of ownership for security, possession and its protection, public real estate registers, land and mortgage registers and their significance. |
