Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu studenci uzyskują wiedzę nt. miejsca socjologii w naukach humanistycznych i społecznych. Następnie zapoznają się z charakterystyką kultury pojętej jako kultura symboliczna, poznają klasyczne teorie rozwoju społecznego. Poznają problematykę interakcji społecznych i statusu oraz funkcjonowania instytucji. Socjalizacja wraz z pojęciami osobowości, roli społecznej i tożsamości. Różnice płci jako różnice społeczne. Sfera ekspresyjno – integracyjna, obejmująca edukację, kulturę symboliczną i religię. Każdorazowo problematyka stricte socjologiczna konfrontowana jest z sferą kultury audiowizualnej i sztuk, stanowiących jej wysublimowaną ekspresję, tak aby przygotować studentów reżyserii do lepszego funkcjonowania w przyszłym zawodzie i wyposażyć ich w odpowiednie kompetencje społeczne.
