Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zadaniem przedmiotu jest nabycie przez studentów wiedzy i kompetencji w zakresie rozumienia roli instytucji prawa autorskiego w realizacji filmu. Student, który zaliczył przedmiot uzyskuje podstawową wiedzę w zakresie źródeł polskiego, unijnego i międzynarodowego prawa autorskiego (zwłaszcza regulacji dotyczących utworu audiowizualnego), zna podstawowe instytucje prawa autorskiego i umie dokonać ich interpretacji. Student, który zaliczył przedmiot ma świadomość zakresu uprawnień osobistych i majątkowych twórcy filmowego. Zagadnienia omawiane na zajęciach obejmują przede wszystkim kwestie związane z utworem audiowizualnym, a zwłaszcza: 1.Pojęcie utworu audiowizualnego, 2.Twórców utworu audiowizualnego, 3.Zakres praw osobistych twórców filmowych, 4.Zakres praw majątkowych producenta, 5.Zakres praw majątkowych twórców filmowych.
