Purpose and description of the content of education: | Within the framework of the module, content related to pedagogy necessary for obtaining general psychological-pedagogical preparation is implemented. List of content covered within the module: 1. Theoretical foundations of constructing school educational programs. 2. Cooperation between the teacher and the student's guardians (parents) – formal frameworks of cooperation with parents, rights and obligations of parents towards the school, principles of operation of parent councils, principles of good communication with parents, designing group (collective) and individual meetings with parents. 3. Collaboration of the educator with other institutions supporting the work of the school (psychological-pedagogical counseling centers, police, social care centers, etc.). 4. The teacher as an educator and guardian of the student in school – analysis of the scopes of educational, formative, care, and therapeutic work. 5. Educational work with the school class – analysis of the characteristics and social processes of the class, discipline and motivation, communication with the group of learners.6. Planning and organizing educational work (analysis and evaluation of educational programs, maintaining documentation, planning activities within tutoring hours, planning extracurricular and out-of-school forms of educational work - trips, games, class and school celebrations) 7. Costs and revenues in a teacher's work (media image of a teacher, phenomena of professional start shock and burnout, coping with stress in the workplace, professional role in relation to other social roles: parent, partner, citizen) |
