Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module enables practical deepening of knowledge, competences and creative skills in the field of fine arts, introducing educational content related in a special way to the practice of performance art. This clearly visible trend of contemporary art has absorbed most forms of action art; manifestations, gestural art, site-specific, installation, happening, ephemeral art, body art, conceptual art. By creating intermedia works, and in particular performance, the student gains experience in building artistic practice shaped in the didactic process of a theoretical and workshop nature. Develops new competences and mechanisms of creating a work in the area of language and performative actions. Gains experience and artistic awareness in the course of processual learning about the mechanism of creating such a visual language, where the human figure and body alternately assume the function of subject and object. Man constitutes the basis of the matter of action in the didactic process, taking into account the modeling of human behaviors by permanent forms. By adopting an attitude focused on experiment, the student shapes awareness and creative skills in relation to the issues taken up in the module: the boundaries of space, time, critical states, visibility, openness, ritual actions, mystification. By implementing performative actions, the student gains experience in creating works in such a way as to search for and find their "intermedium". Has the opportunity to face the intermedial fact of performance art in relation to other disciplines of visual arts. |
