Purpose and description of the content of education:
Familiarizing students with the principles of project activities implementation, managing project stages, documenting activities and actions taken, as well as accounting and reporting on projects in order to prepare a payment application (partial or final). The workshops focus on resource, time, and financial constraints related to project implementation, risks associated with the implementation of projects in the field of culture, artistic and educational activities. The phases of project management will be discussed, and potential problem areas will be projected. The topics of the classes include:Introduction to the module, organizational matters regarding the grading criteria.1. PROJECT:1.1. Introduction to project management, definition of a project, classifications - examples.1.2. Conditions for the success of project implementation versus types of organizational structures and the position of the project manager.1.3. Project life cycle, phase models, project implementation formula, resources, and project portfolios.1.4. Project context, environment, stakeholders - roles, influence, and collaboration strategies, project triangle, types of functions and principles of goal setting 1.5. Planning and scheduling tasks, basic project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environment 2), PMI (Project Management Institute) - planning, control, and monitoring of project execution 2. TEAM: Team management, team characteristics, task group vs team, approach methodology, development of the project team, Insights Discovery model and team members' preferences, concept and role of communication in the project, Hersey and Blanchard's leadership model - team working workshops Project execution control 3. Project cost-benefit analysis and project settlement - fundamental issues 4. Project risk, risk management methods and change 5. Selected issues and practical examples of project management - case analysis 6. Summary of issues - final workshops
