Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach zaproponowanego modułu uczestnicy przejdą kurs podstawowy (zaawansowana grupa ćwiczeniowa – rozszerzony) naturalnego planowania rodziny według metody objawowo-termicznej, którą opracował Josef Rötzer: rozpoznawanie dni płodnych i niepłodnych w cyklach regularnych, nieregularnych, po odłożeniu/usunięciu środków antykoncepcyjnych, powrót płodności w okresie po porodzie oraz czasie premenopauzy. Omówione zostaną także wybrane problemy z zakresu anatomii i fizjologii układu rozrodczego kobiety i mężczyzny, fizjologii cyklu miesiączkowego, działania wybranych środków antykoncepcyjnych, znaczenia karmienia piersią, higieny intymnej, skutków aborcji, in vitro oraz podstaw naprotechnologii.
