Purpose and description of the content of education:
Kurs estetyki obrazu filmowego - jak wskazuje na to jego nazwa - jest wprowadzeniem do refleksji nad obrazem filmowym w świetle filozoficznej refleksji o sztuce w ogóle i o filmie w szczególności. Istotą kursu jest namysł nad zbiorem wartości, niezależnych od przejściowych mód, trendów i stylów, które są niezbędne do tego by człowiek porozumiał się z człowiekiem za pomocą obrazu. Artysta z widzem. Reżyser z operatorem i całą ekipą. Celem modułu jest uformowanie kanonu estetycznej świadomości młodego twórcy - studenta reżyserii. Punktami wokół których koncentruje się uwaga modułu są zagadnienia ontologiczne rzeczywistości filmowej, prawdy zdarzenia filmowego, fundamentów kreacyjnego myślenia w sztuce, struktury myślenia artystycznego, symboliki kolorów oraz harmonii barw.
