Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kursu Adaptacjei filmowej 1,2 jest zdobycie wiedzy oraz umiejętności związanych z przygotowaniem i realizacją krótkiego filmu fabularnego, będącego adaptacją dzieła literackiego. Ośrodkiem modułu są zajęcia składające się z trzech etapów. W pierwszym, dokładnej analizie zostaje poddana treść, forma i metaforyka wybranego utworu literackiego oraz jej przydatność do adaptacji filmowej. W następnym etapie omawiana jest specyfika adaptacji filmowej, jej mechanizm, funkcja dialogu i funkcja opisu w kontekście języka filmowego, a więc wymagań scenariusza, zapisu klimatu, jego rytmu i kreacji nastroju wynikającego z zadanej lektury. Etap trzeci to przygotowanie przez każdego ze studentów konkretnej adaptacji, będącej z założenia bardziej wariacją na zadany temat niż precyzyjnym odtworzeniem pierwowzoru. Przygotowywane są: scenariusz, scenopis, oraz założenia plastyczne dotyczące nastroju, tempa i rytmu adaptacji. W trakcie końcowych zajęć następuje analiza wierności pierwowzorowi literackiemu i zakładanych możliwości odstępstwa od oryginału. Horyzontem modułu jest otwarcie miejsca dla wszechstronnego obcowania z wybranymi, uznanymi dziełami literatury, oraz – poprzez te spotkania – wykształcenie w studentach umiejętności odnajdywania w prozie struktur i założeń narracyjnych. Moduł pierwszy jak i drugi realizują wyznaczone cele w oparciu o twórczość autorów tworzących w XX wieku / Kafka, Musil, Mann, Conrad, Proust/

Student potrafi twórczo zrealizować własny scenariusz. Swobodnie inscenizuje, współpracuje z operatorem, oraz całą ekipa na planie filmowym. Potrafi pracować w zespole. Demonstruje odporność na stres związany z pracą na planie filmowym. [ADAP2_5]
