Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu studenci dowiedzą się, jak wykorzystać pomysły swoich pracowników. Poznają techniki pozwalające prowadzić twórcze dyskusje szybciej i z lepszymi efektami. Aby wybrać pomysły do wykorzystania w praktyce biznesowej poznają sposoby zapisu wariantów decyzyjnych oraz metodę oceny punktowej, zwiększającą prawdopodobieństwo trafności decyzji. W ramach prowadzonego warsztatu nabiorą pewności podczas dokonywania wyborów. Kolejną umiejętnością, którą studenci będą doskonalić jest prowadzenie spotkań. Nauczą się dzielić treść, którą chcą przekazać uczestnicy spotkania, na odpowiednie części. Sprawdzą, jak realnie szacować czas spotkania oraz jak moderować dyskusję. Zdobędą umiejętność wyciągania konstruktywnych wniosków dotyczących działań po spotkaniu. Aby je podjąć, dowiedzą się, jak poprawnie ustalić cel i plan działań, a także co robić, gdy pojawią się nieprzewidziane trudności. Będą rozwijać umiejętność elastycznego podejścia do harmonogramów. Zagadnienia w ramach zajęć: poszukiwanie pomysłów w zespole pracowniczym, rodzaje decyzji podejmowanych w przedsiębiorstwie, oddzielenie twórczego tworzenia wariantów decyzyjnych od podejmowania racjonalnych wyborów, metoda morfologiczna – zapis wariantów decyzyjnych, metoda punktowa w podejmowaniu decyzji, etapy procesu komunikowania się, zasady precyzyjnego formułowania komunikatów dla podwładnym, tworzenie planu spotkania i koordynowanie obrad, rodzaje celów przedsiębiorstwa, wyodrębnionych w oparciu o różne kryteria, zróżnicowanie celów w różnych komórkach organizacyjnych firmy, zasady ustalania celów, planowanie działań technikami Gantt’a, tworzenie harmonogramów.
