Purpose and description of the content of education: | Zadaniem przedmiotu jest nabycie przez studenta wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji w zakresie regulacji prawnych dotyczących obrotu gospodarczego. Treścią zajęć jest omówienie prawa handlowego i jego miejsca w systemie obowiązującego prawa polskiego, unijnego oraz podstawowych regulacji prawa międzynarodowego. W ramach powyższego uwzględnia się zwłaszcza:
1. charakterystyczne cechy obrotu handlowego,
2. prawne metody regulacji obrotu gospodarczego,
3. międzynarodowe prawo handlowe,
4. podstawowe źródła prawa handlowego,
5. zasady podejmowania i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej,
6. prawo spółek.
