Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zakres tematyczny modułu Problemy globalizacji mediów (Przedmiot do wyboru) obejmuje bardzo szerokie pole zagadnień dotyczących nowych mediów i zagadnień związanych ze zjawiskiem globalizacji i modernizacji w mediach. Podczas realizacji modułu przedstawiona i poddana analizie zostaje specyfika zjawiska globalizacji oraz płynących z tego zjawiska korzyści i zagrożeń. Celem modułu jest zapoznanie studenta z teoriami oddziaływania technologii oraz pojęciem społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Student dowiaduje się jak analizować zjawiska elektronicznej agory i wpływu globalizacji nie tylko na media, ale również na życie codziennego każdego z nas.
