Purpose and description of the content of education: | "Labor Market and Employment" aims to prepare future teachers for effective career counseling and to support students in consciously planning their educational and career paths. Students will gain comprehensive knowledge of the contemporary labor market - its structure, dynamics of change, key trends (e.g. globalization, digitization, development of artificial intelligence) and determinants influencing employment. The program includes an analysis of various forms of employment, legal aspects of work, the importance of key competences in the light of employers' needs, as well as methods of job search and career building. Students will learn to interpret market data, assess the demand for professions and get to know tools supporting professional development. Emphasis will be placed on developing practical skills in the field of counseling, motivating students for self-development and cooperation with local labor market institutions. |
